Step 1: We Take Time To Understand You
Your first visit is an in-depth medical history analysis. We develop a plan for initial lab and therapeutic interventions that will include exploring bloodwork, lifestyle habits, current conditions, and current medications. We can also match you with a great therapist to work on the 4 aspects of physical and mental wellness: sleep, nutrition, exercise, and stress management.
Step 2: Personalized Approach
We use the Root to Fruit concept to explain metabolic function and how to reach a level of optimum functioning for health.
Your first follow-up session involves discussing lab results, personal history, and goals to guide our next steps. We leverage the most up-to-date functional medicine knowledge and a whole-person approach to personalize your health journey with easy-to-follow protocols.
You’ll learn about inflammation markers and combinations of concern, with a thorough explination of the hierarchy of concerns and the Root to Fruit concept.
Step 3: Support, Coaching and Caring
We look at root cause of health problems rather than using traditional medications to treat symptoms. We target specific areas of concern.
We are here for you throughout your health journey to help you understand areas of concern, optimize metabolic functioning through specific protocols, and achieve your goals through lifestyle changes, nutritional modifications, and adding supplemental products to support digestive functioning.
Once the client receives their product and instructions, a visit takes place to explain what all the products are, when to take them and what nutition plan to put in place.
The “Wedge” represents a process of controlling the nutrition and environment that starts out with broad brush strokes and ultimately leads to fine-tuning of treatment; casting the widest net at first and then refining more and more specifically, based on the patient’s lab test results and progress.
The most immediate way to address common health stressors is by controlling inflammation. It’s like static in the body, it interrupts optimum function of different systems and proper communication between them.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that uses guided relaxation, intense concentration, and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness called a trance. In this state, individuals are more open to suggestions and can work on certain thoughts, feelings, behaviors, or habits. It is often used as a complementary approach to treat various conditions.

-
A hypnotherapist induces a relaxed state, often through verbal cues.
The person becomes highly focused and open to positive suggestions.
These suggestions can help alter perception, behavior, or emotional responses.
-
Hypnotherapy is generally safe when conducted by a trained professional.
It’s not mind control; people cannot be forced to act against their will.
It works best as a complementary therapy alongside conventional treatments for serious conditions.
Emotional Freedom Technique
EFT is a self-help method that combines elements of:
Cognitive therapy (focusing on a specific emotional issue)
Exposure therapy (bringing the problem to mind)
Acupressure (tapping on specific meridian points on the body)
The idea is that tapping on these points while focusing on distressing thoughts or emotions helps rebalance the body's energy system and reduce emotional intensity.

-
The standard EFT sequence includes the following steps:
1. Identify the Issue
2. Rate the Intensity
3. Setup Statement
Tapping Points:
Eyebrow (EB)
Side of the Eye (SE)
Under the Eye (UE)
Under the Nose (UN)
Chin (CH)
Collarbone (CB)
Under the Arm (UA)
Top of the Head (TH)
4. Re-rate the Intensity
After one or more rounds, check how intense the feeling is now.
Continue tapping until the number decreases significantly or reaches zero. -
Stress, anxiety, and overwhelm
Physical pain (back pain, headaches, etc.)
Phobias and fears
PTSD and trauma
Limiting beliefs
Cravings and addictions
Confidence and performance anxiety
-
Anecdotal evidence is strong — many people report quick emotional relief.
Clinical studies suggest EFT can reduce cortisol (stress hormone), and it's been used in therapy for PTSD and anxiety.
The mechanism is still debated in mainstream psychology, but it’s generally safe to try and easy to learn.
